This argument is grasping at straws and going nowhere. The notion that HUMBL can’t use its own name because of the “Inc.” distinction is nothing more than an attempt to create unnecessary confusion. The fact remains: WSCG owns HUMBL’s business, brand, and IP. The transition process, including the name and ticker change, is a standard corporate procedure, not some shady maneuver.

If there were any real issue with disclosure or market confusion, it would be addressed through proper regulatory channels, not speculative message board posts. The SEC’s concern is transparency, and HUMBL continues to file, operate, and follow compliance protocols. Trying to spin this into an SEC violation is pure fear-mongering especially when everything has been addressed through proper filings. It’s all a matter of time, but this will be the last response you get from me about HUMBL Inc, I have to save some replies for the PM shift.
