For Pete's sakes man....lol.

They can use "HUMBL" all the want. They can't use "Humbl Inc.", that is the existing legally registered name for the corporate entity in Delaware, until the two things occur I have already discussed.

WSCG does not own any stock or equity in that ENTITY...at least there has been no disclosure they do.

The is like State Corporate Law 101 type stuff.
