This is why I rely on charts. Insiders typically know in advance, but when it falls to Trump, you'd have to be extremely inside to know what he's doing next.
I'd like to think he relies on his Cabinet, but considering he fires them on a whim, I'm sure most stay quiet.

Staying on the sidelines seems to make the most sense unless you are a true gambler.
