If the 10K is alluding to NWBO having a license agreement with Onvicor to use Hiltonol/Poly-Iclcl (which I think is the case here), this is big!!!!!

NWBO could then pair DCVax-L and Poly-Iclc with any company's PD-1! For Merck, however, there is only one DCVax-L (& Poly-iclc combo). AND to make matters even worst for Merck, there is a more effective PD-1 made by Summit Therapeutics called Ivonescimab (also known as SMT112):
