I am sure you are aware that on the OTC Traders Buy from the MMs at the 'Ask price' and Sell to the MMs at the 'Bid price'. There are no direct Trades between Buyers and Sellers. The Ask/Bid sizes are the quantities the MMs are willing to Buy and Sell at the quoted price.

"Market Maker Role:
Market makers are crucial for market liquidity, ensuring smooth trading by constantly quoting bid (buy) and ask (sell) prices for a security."

"Bid and Ask Sizes:
The "bid size" represents the number of shares a market maker is willing to buy at the bid price, while the "ask size" shows the number of shares they are willing to sell at the ask price."

"Realistic Liquidity:
Market makers must provide realistic liquidity, meaning the sizes they quote must reflect their actual willingness to trade at those prices."

"Market Conditions:
Market makers adjust their bid and ask prices and sizes in response to market conditions, such as volatility and inventory levels."
