Just follow the 13f's over time. Why do you think one quarter he has 33M shares, another quarter he has 4M, and another quarter he has 24M?

And why do you think Morgan Stanley (his prime broker) mysteriously has 30M shares one quarter, nothing another quarter, timed with Sarissa's share changes?

He's moving them around his various sub-accounts. Nothing wrong or illegal about that. Just taking tax losses like any investor does.

He also stated that he could short the stock on his proxy. No reason not to believe him.

He's booked losses across sub LLC's to offset gains in his other positions
