To be generous, he is probably saying that because there are no new approved treatments in a long time.

It is unlikely that he is aware of NWBO and it's application. Even if he is aware it would be an unwise form him to assume that NWBO is going to be approved. That would imply that he has inside information about MHRA that should not be made public. That would also imply that MHRA has already made a decision.

As was almost pointed out, the new guidance being formulated relating to individualized cancer treatments relates to mRNA based treatments which does not apply to DCVax-l.
