Sonny's not CEO/CFO anymore Joe. Olson would be hiring people and he isnt qualified to be a CFO if the company is going to grow. Sonny was qualified. The company was more successful than you're implying which is why it has such valuable IP. At any point, if one of its large partners steps out into the light making the partnership public instead of hidden behind NDAs, SINT shoots past Lind's $50 strike price warrants that expire in August because the IP is worth that much.

They will not PR the HR manager if that position was filled which is more likely a promotion from within. However CFO they'd have bring from outside the company most likely. If they hired one and thats why the pulled the position/it expired on LinkedIn after the two week period, then we should get a PR. That said, we may not see a PR until its more formal...could just be a gentleman's agreement until the person is available to start.

Potential neurotoxicity of titanium implants: Prospective, in-vivo and in-vitro study

Titanium dioxide (TiO2) is a frequently used biomaterial, particularly in orthopedic and dental implants, and it is considered an inert and benign compound. This has resulted in toxicological scrutiny for TiO2 in the past decade, with numerus studies showing potential pathologic downstream effects. Herein we describe case report of a 77-year-old male with subacute CNS dysfunction, secondary to breakdown of a titanium-based carotid stent and leading to blood levels 1000 times higher (3 ppm) than the reported normal.

Rats bearing titanium implants or intravascularly treated with TiO2 nanoparticles (TiNP) exhibited memory impairments. A human blood-brain barrier (BBB) in-vitro model exposed to TiNP showed paracellular leakiness, which was corroborated in-vivo with the decrease of key BBB transcripts in isolated blood vessels from hippocampi harvested from TiNP-treated mice. Titanium particles rapidly internalized into brain-like endothelial cells via caveolae-mediated endocytosis and macropinocytosis and induced pro-inflammatory reaction with increased expression of pro-inflammatory genes and proteins. Immune reaction was mediated partially by IL-1R and IL-6. In summary, we show that high levels of titanium accumulate in humans adjacent to orthopedic implants, and our in-vivo and in-vitro studies suggest it may be neurotoxic.

I keep pounding the table on Sintx coating being needed, at the very least, to reduce the amount of corrosive metal ions released peoples bodies from metal implants. Personally i say screw the coating and just go full Si3N4 implant! However a coating is better than nothing. Coating method Sintx has allows them to coat companies current inventory if the FDA cleared it.
On a different note, 3 more passenger planes experiences glitching on the 24th bring the total passenger plane emergency landings/crashes to 34 since December 22nd.

We already know Sintx and Morgan were working together. If there is going to be some sort of NP/Sintx merger, that just solidifies it. We also know Zimmer Biomet and Sintx have had a long standing relationship (going on 20 years) so as long as Sintx components for Arthroplasty are any good, Zimmer Biomet will come out from behind the curtain. With ZB comes ZimVie and I believe Solventum because of Bryan Hanson. Leaving only Cardinal Health which is suggested by Sintx hiring of Joseph Palomo who joined Sintx from Cardinal Health R&D division.
