You and I, and everyone here knows what the answer is. I have written novels on it. If you don't know the answer, I may have given you credit for being smarter than you actually are. I broke down the elements of a balance sheet in depth to make it easier for people to understand if they don't have a clue how to value a company.

Generally the way to avoid a question is to answer with a question.

For you, it is easier to repeat a question as if it hasn't been answered, as if you and I didn't discuss it, and then pretend that it wasn't answered in the first place.

Just so we are clear, the company had $2mil in debt. Of that $2mil, a little over $500k was forgiven. From Oct 1 - Nov 19, four billion shares were converted in paying off debt at .000225. That is roughly $900k. So we are looking at $600k remaining. The average price per share was somewhere in the range of .0014. With the discount applied, we will say .001/share, so $600k cost us another 600mil shares.

From Nov 19 - today:
There were 22,915,933,338 shares of the Registrant’s common stock outstanding as of November 19, 2024.
Today there is 32,748,842,520 shares of common stock outstanding - Jan 15, 2025
The difference is 9,832,909,182 shares.

After debt, we are looking at 9.3bil shares were added.

We now have debt covered. We need to look at preferred B's, C's and warrants.
Lets start with 1.3bil shares of preferred B's (doesn't include Foote or Hindshaw). that puts us at 8.bil shares rounded.

We had 600mil warrants in the money - that puts at 7.4bil remaining.

Here is where it gets messy because WSCG set up preferred shares available to trade for preferred C shares.

We had preferred C shares - about $12.3mil worth. At .0014 avg (estimated), that would cost about 8.8bil shares. We have 7.4 bil already converted left. That means that a potential of 1.4bil shares remaining.

It is possible that the full 1.4bil are still going to convert.
