We discussed this way too many times yet Tenkay acts like it is a simple question that should be answered at the tip of one's tongue. Took me 20 minutes of my life to answer. Ten, you owe me 20minutes of my life back.
I assume that at least half of the C shares didn't get converted. That means that everything should be taken care of. So why are we still seeing selling? Likely manipulation based on people thinking that there is still debt, pref b and c, and warrant issues. Ybyra can eliminate that problem by telling me and everyone else what exactly is left - who took what deal.... That could and should come out tomorrow. May or may not. But if it does, the manipulation goes away.
The part that Tenkay won't and CAN'T answer is, who has been sitting at the bid (and nodummy, it isn't retail) Though some of it was me and others. We watched the conversion of toxic debt for over a year and a half. The only thing that kept us alive was 3 billion shares sitting at the bid, keeping the stock price from going to no bid. We also watched almost 30 billion shares added to the OS and the price fell from .0008 to... .001 now. WHAT? That is not possible... unless someone was buying up the shares. Tenkay, who was buying... don't ask any questions until you answer.
