Generally the way to avoid a question is to answer with a question.

But if you insist, penny stock retail.

It is, after all, how a pump and dump works.

Create hype, raise expectations, get the penny stock “investors” all revved up…

And then sell to them…and if the expectations are high enough then you can just feed the ask all day long.

The buy/sell ratio looks great but the stock price goes nowhere. I am surprised they didn’t let it run a little bit more this morning…but maybe there are multiple sellers and they are competing a little.

Now back to my question….
