Longs would not sell a fully patented cancer cure effective against all tumor based cancers for $1.

In addition to what ICLI posted about it never being asserted to be a cure, it has clearly not been so in the published results.

It also has not shown anything outside of GBM. The ovarian indication was planned for a P1 followed by a P2, after the P1, the P2 was cancelled. The lung trial indication was never seen. Prostate was not -L, but even if you count it, that P3 vanished and nobody was willing to take it when LP tried to sell. Direct is back in the pre-clincial stage looking for a do over. That LP wants to claim "all solid cancers", is just a claim that LP makes. LL on the other hand continually notes how ATL-DCs are suitable for GBM specifically due to the unique immune environment in the brain.

By why listen to LL when you could listen to LP?

And on patents, there is no patent that cover the current DCVax-L. There is no patent that covers the manufacturing process of it. There is no patent that prevent the automated cellular manufacturing systems that already are in use for DCs being used.
