Apple Rush Company Inc (APRU)

I just spoke with Diana O. (wasn't allowed to give me her full last name) from the Stephenson County Clerk and Recorder's office re: Apple Rush's purchase of Lena Brewing and subsequent closing. She told me that I needed to go to their office to do a search on my own for the transaction (maybe on my next trip to the US; right now, no plans to do so until at least May, or so, and I currently don't have any flight or hotel reservations). This applies to the business purchase, only, and not to the closing on the property. I asked her at least three times during the course of the conversation, which lasted roughly 10-15 minutes, if closing records can be found anywhere in the county offices and she said no, only through searches, even though closings are public information.

I've gotten a little tired of seeing one person's relentless posts about this matter, so decided to do my own DD. Anyone else, feel free to do the same. HA!!

Having said this, we are all still waiting on the OS reduction and samples (nearly a year since Tony mentioned both), to name a couple things that Tony mentioned but has yet to follow up on. That trucking company seems to have driven itself off the face of the Earth and there are other things that have seemed to have disappeared into oblivion.
