On November 15, 2024, we issued a $300,000 principal amount convertible promissory note to our President, Orlando Taddeo, at 8% per annum, that is due on November 15, 2025, and is convertible at this holder’s election, into Conversion Shares. This convertible promissory note was issued in payment of a performance bonus.

This convertible promissory note was issued in payment of a performance bonus.

On July 15, 2024, we issued a $60,000 principal amount convertible promissory note to Newlan Law Firm, PLLC at 8% per annum, that is due on July 15, 2025, and is convertible at this holder’s election, into Conversion Shares. This convertible promissory note was issued in payment of Legal Services.
