You're right, that totally makes a lot of sense that Lebby would be ejected from the company even though LWLG was already "far along in the development process" with a Tier 1 partner.

It's HIGHLY likely that "significant advancements are being made" under NDA, and "Successful completion of this phase" is just around the corner.
