So, My guess is they received an RFI sometime between July 1 and August 1. However, LP’s confidence on June 29 at the ASM after what appears to have been a CHM on June 27/28 is good news as far as I’m concerned. Particularly with her language about being “well positioned” for approval, although they could not make promises.

I know you previously said these CHMs normally come in twos about six months apart, so perhaps someone got wind that the meeting occurred two months late (probably due to prior backlog/understaffed, which is what LP said caused any delay).

That said, the second phase of the 150 day schedule probably started sometime, imo, in July.

So we have two competing timelines left, the six months apart plus three weeks (which takes us to the inauguration*) or 60 days plus 70 days from July, which takes us from somewhere on or between November 10 to December 10.*

*(plus publication time, maybe 2 to four days)

IMHO. Barring any hiccups.

The bears, of course, like to emphasize the possibility of hiccups.
