Btw, I'm hoping that this is not the case. The NDA should be ironclad, so a TRO will be forthcoming followed by litigation over whether there was actual trade secret theft and the amount of resulting damages. If there was any trade secret theft, the matter should/will be settled quickly unless LWLG f-ed up somewhere along the line.
