On November 14, 2024 the case against Bioamber Sarnia was dismissed using Jeffrey Morris as a Mediator between BA Sarnia and Bramalea Elevator. A mediation requires both parties to come to an agreement that is signed and becomes binding and enforceable in the Court. So...who was there for BA Sarnia and who signed for BA Sarnia? At any rate appreciate Jeffrey's role as Mediator to get this case dismissed for a Company with no employees, representatives, assets or future lol
