Here's another fact and not an opinion...
Did you notice the settlement was for $0? Did you notice there were no representatives for either party listed? Know why it was dismissed?
Because the defendant was liquidated and shut down.

You gonna cling to those dead lawsuits to post here every couple months and maintain your mod creds? Post them up one by one as they finally show as being dismissed or otherwise closed? You have nothing else, of course, to cover for the fairy tale told to flip the stock.
