at the robotaxi/ cybercab launch event he said Model y with driver supervision in 2025 - basically they have to launch the robotaxi application to allow users to hail the cab and pay for the rides, and owners to sign up - just like Lyft and Uber

yes in a few jurisdictions they may get level 4 clearance and be able to be unsupervised but still its Model y vehicles

At what point doe he start making the cybercab and no where have I seen anything suggesting it will be 50% margin but doesn't really matter the margin is in the utilization of those vehicles delivering rides.

The ridiculous valuations being thrown around seem to include Optimus numbers still to be convinced there is a consumer market for them
