I just checked your last post on Share Structure change from September to October 16

It very easy what happened

10m shares that had been issued restricted several months ago were turned into Unrestricted, and on top of that, an extra 50m shares were issued Unrestricted from convertible notes. (No idea from which noteholders, though)

Haase and Stukel received their shares Restricted, in 2022 or before, they could have had them Unrestricted by the Transfer Agent, by now, but it hasn't happened (Unless the 10m is from one or both of them)

or Unless the next Share Structure update shows a decrease in the Restricted with a concomitant increase in Unrestricted Shares

Yes, if they sold before September 30th 2024, we would their shares amount decreases in the table of ownership on the soon to be submitted Q3 report

They should still appear there because the Change of Control and their resignation took place after the end of that reporting period.

Almost certain that the noteholders are the explanation for the selling.

DTC increase is what signals true dilution, unfortunately it's impossible to know which entity deposited shares at DTC.

I think that on top of DTC increase, the next TA update will show an increase, and this we will be able to track the source off, but, unfortunately, not until the Annual report is submitted, by the end of March 2025.
