The founder has stepped down, and James no longer has full control of the company. At this point, he is likely serving as interim CEO, and merger details should be announced soon. While we don’t know who the merger partner will be yet, we do know that James prefers a merger over a buyout. It’s only a matter of time before the company provides us with full details.

We are diligently working on other opportunities and will provide updates to the market as we execute against our strategy to acquire and manage technology assets.
