I definitely agree with the observation here and in your other post about how review timelines are dropping like a rock as the backlog continues to clear. It will be interesting to see what the average is when the October MHRA performance metrics are posted in mid-November.

As to the odds of approval – it's certainly no sure thing, but I did notice this: looking at these recent NAS MAAs, almost all of them are getting approved. If I didn't already feel good about NWBO's chances, that in itself would make me feel pretty good, too.
