The Assisi runs on 2 of the CR2032 batteries vs ActiPatch using only one.

The Assisi/SofPulse puts out a more powerful signal but limits therapy sessions to 15-30 minutes each with 2 hours before another session.

The main Assisi benefits are possibility of deeper penetration and quicker results from the stronger signal.

ActiPatch advantages are the continuous use (tape it on and forget about it) can provide the same therapy as Assisi over time (but possibly not as deep if that is needed), and lower price.
