I'll look into Trace, Fred. I started the magnesium when I was still in the proximal A-fib stage, hoping it would eradicate it, then it became difficult to get out of A-fib, once there and cardoversion wasn't working (I was really impressed with the propofol.....wow). The new electrical pathway had been established. I think, after the ablation, it may have prevented another pathway from being established, not sure. I'm not quite sure what the Ionic form of the magnesium I'm taking does, but I think it's about migrating into the tissue better. You will probably notice many more benefits as you continue, all the best!
