Jim, just to chime in, I also take magnesium in liquid form ( I take trace), and recently had my 4th ablation for a fib, which was successful. My cardiologist recommended taking mag., told him I was already taking it. I sleep better and have noticed nite time leg cramping has completely stopped. I’ve been taking it for about three months.
