Huh?? If you're not using the oven, how are you broiling anything??

I do think that'd be a perfect recipe for you. Simple, and with just a few ingredients. The only thing you might not have on hand would be the apples. And don't forget that if you don't get thick cut chops, cook them for a suitably shorter time. But if you're only going to eat one, a thick cut chop would make a better meal.
