I think we may have a dialect issue here. My feeling is fuagf may mean 'frying'? If he drops it in a pan on high and 'broils' it for 20's, sounds like fry to me. Actually charring it?

LOL I just assumed putting a bit of water in a fry pan could be seen as broiling too.
