DC-L is about the same as what has been trialed and used commercially by many. Take the PBMCs. Culture them in GM-CSF and IL4 for several days to differentiate them and separate the DCs. Expose the immature DCs to the lysate from the tumor to activate them.

Maybe NWBO has found a slightly better secret sauce. But how wold you know that?

Maybe they have found found an indication (GBM, as LL notes it has a unique micro-environment) where an ATL-DC works.

The pattern in this field has been that single arm trials look good, but randomized trials fail. There is a reason for that, but your dot connections will not find it.
