If the Institutions & Shorts are supposed the smart money then you better be buying LWLG hand over fist because these are EXACTLY who has been funding the LWLG Operating Budget these past 3 years, Lewrock put the data together showing that in the last 3 years Retail Investors have remained perfectly steady at 108 million shares ownership, LWLG has been 100% financed on the backs of Institutions & Shorts!!

Here, off the top of my head teddybear the following are WAY MORE than HINTS that LWLG has MANY NDA's, current estimate given on ASM lab tours was 40 NDA's now, and they are currently working with a couple dozen Tier 1's as shown on the Customer Funnel at the Safe Capital presentation!!!!

1) AMF is producing LWLG's modulators now on 200mm Wafers and AMF WANTED to go public with this information!!! Why would AMF want to do this unless the PDK's are PERFECTLY WORKING? AMF alone could support millions of units!!!!

2) There are multiple Foundries still UNNAMED that are creating a "constant stream of Wafers" being received into LWLG labs, the current estimate is 1 Wafer every 2 weeks from all around the world

NOTE - Foundries time is a precious commodity!!! These Foundries would NOT be continuing there PDK work with LWLG for 2-3 years, which is a normal amount of time to achieve a successful operational PDK

ALSO NOTE - TFLN and BTO which teddybear continues to try and push are NOT EASILY INTEGRATED into SiPh Foundries, and the Foundries have SAFETY concerns with these material and risk CONTAMINATION of the Foundry itself!!! Also in the case of TFLN, the sole source of the material is CHINA and the supplies are LIMITED!!!! Also don't forget the #1 TFLN development company in the world Hyperlight has recently told the world they would need 3 more years to (shoehorn) TFLN into a SiPh Foundry PDK!!!!

3) Why did Google include a picture of (LWLG) EOP on one of their slides at 2024 OFC if they were uninterested/unaware of LWLG, that would make NO SENSE teddybear!!!

4) Why has Synopsis posted MULTIPLE TIMES about LWLG's technology on LinkedIn, that would make NO SENSE teddybear!!!

5) Why did Any B, the Founder and Chairman of Arista include (LWLG) EOP on one of his slides at PECC Rump Session that showed (LWLG) EOP being in HVP (High Volume Production) in 2026, that would make NO SENSE teddybear!!!

6) Why did Anthony Yu of Global Foundries say "Optical Polymers" (LWLG) as the FIRST WORDS out of his mouth when addressing a question about New Materials being implemented? And why did Anthony Yu so cynically smirk when he spoke about TFLN being the talk of the show, and then go on to tell investors why he has to hide working with such materials as they pose SAFETY RISKS to contaminating the Foundry, that would make NO SENSE teddybear!!!

7) Why did Smart Photonics feature Dr Lebby in their Promo Video? that would make NO SENSE teddybear!!!

8) Why would a top executive of Nvidia say "“in many ways polymers will be an ideal enabler for the growth expected in InfiniBand. High speeds are required now”. as shown on Slide 13 of the 2024 ASM video? that would make NO SENSE teddybear!!!

9) Why would Robert Blum of Applied Materials pull Dr Lebby aside for a 20 minute discussion at PECC if they were NOT interested in working with LWLG Polymers? that would make NO SENSE teddybear!!!

10) Why would Polariton have brought LWLG Polymers to market which gave LWLG it's first "market acceptance, Polariton was also joined by ETH Zurich, as well as linked to Nokia, that would make NO SENSE teddybear!!!

Ok, these were all off the top of my head, I'm sure I could find more examples of why LWLG is being embraced by the Industry, in fact, one more is the IPSR Integrated Photonic Systems Roadmap where Lebby not only authored the Polymers chapter, but for the FIRST TIME he also authored the TRANSCEIVERS section of the roadmap!!!!!

so NEWBIES please don't be fooled by the GREAT DECEIVER teddybear who twists and contorts everything here!!!
