KCC's DD is not comprehensive at all because it is primarily focused on technical development.

It's a valuable source but It doesn't consider the many factors that go into making a wise investment decision. After 15 years of failing to meet their own objectives, the excuse of 'science takes time' needs to be questioned.

That's why KCC's DD isn't comprehensive at all. It barely even touches on the many red flags I've pointed out regarding the company's credibility and so much more, which can be found in the top sticky. You have to ask the hard questions. If that's the only DD people get exposed to - it's misleading, lopsided and close minded. Newbies deserve to see both sides from longs.

Similarly, the following 33 questions are ignored by longs who apparently don't know what to do with them. Those points are uncontested. That really says it all, and is why I am cynical re Lightwave at this point: These issues perfectly explain the long stock price decline and weakness after the undeserved spike that got them to Nasdaq.

Longs haven't even tried to make a case against the 33 evidences that this company has long been and continues to be scammy in nature despite the hard working employees.

The company had always and continues to make massive commercialization sound far easier and sooner than it really is in order to fund the company off of the naive retailer's back. THAT'S THE SCAMMY PART IN A NUTSHELL.

Is it ethically right to be super optimistic while hiding the obstacles in order to keep the naive shareholder in the dark so they will overpay for shares to fund operations? I don't think so.

For those that still trust the company - Why don't you DEFEND IT against these issues instead of cowardly attacking me for raising them?
