Dar, so $1b NOL has a cash value of that times the tax rate I believe so at 20% it’s $200m? So $300m cash + $300m inventory + $200m NOL cash value is $$800m in value to a strategic buyer or over 3x the current cap. Assuming zero value for the European and ROW patents and possible cash flows through a larger sales force it is a dereliction of fiduciary responsibility for each and every BP not to try and be paid to scoop it up… spend $1 to get over $2 today.

Perhaps more immediately a dereliction of fiduciary responsibility for Amarin itself not to enhance shareholder value by deploying the $50m buyback at the current valuation.
