I do not see him being prosecuted, the opinion of myself

Not for what was done as a public company. The SEC is good with this being revoked. And as long as he doesn't file a fraudulent form 10. The SEC has bigger fish to fry. But what he may be doing now as a private company who knows. And why is he telling folks there are audited financials done? They very likely are not, and even if they are he shouldn't be telling folks that and should instead be filing them with a Form 10. Now it could be he's not saying that and that's just being posted, but with a revoked stock there is no point in doing that. And Klug could also simply come out and clarify what his plan really is, in writing.

I have found that if it talks like a scammer, walks like a scammer, does like a scammer... Then it's a scammer.
