I agree he should have been more transparent about the default and other financing issues but the man is 73 or 74 years old and this is why people should stay far away from the Over The Counter trading platform or whatever this is supposed to be.

I think he will look back at this experimental entry into a publicly owned company that he controlled as a huge mistake. This is a heart attack waiting to happen. Should Klugg’s health fail, this is done and over anyway. Would you agree ?
