You are doing great with the info. Keep up the good job of linking actions to likely rational for them. What I have said for years is that L can be made much better with specific targets some of which are already in the libraries of big pharma and improved Direct can be made a little better. Your examples are specific linked to programming key targets into DCs for greater initial antigen presentation to T-cells and B cell recognition and this will stimulate a more targeted initial response that can lead to more rapid tumor regression. Have we seen anything linked to that for future planned trials?; ). Best wishes.
