MORE LAME BULLSHIT
First off they DON'T have Personnel Jurisdiction which is dictated by the CONTRACT JURISDICTION CLAUSE stating that ONLY MA. courts have PERSONNEL JURISDiCTION over this case.
What you don't understand is that the Applettite does not retry the case. They look to see if PROPER procedure was followed and since it was dismissed because of lack of PERSONNEL JURISDICTION it will not need to go any farther.
This is the same reason I have given every time. You just won't accept the TRUTH!!!!
