You haven't once addressed the validity of the legal argument made by the Basile Law Firm in XERI's appeal, beyond your baseless claim that the Appellate Court of the 2nd District has no jurisdiction in this matter. This despite the fact that it clearly has SUBJECT M ATTER JURISDICTION. You claim the article in SecuritiesLawyer101.com is BS, without giving a single reason for your statement. And, of course, you haven't read a single page of the actual appeal.
