Ted, I find it very hard to believe you "knew new nothing about the short position" and still purchased and was holding stock in LWLG. You are intensely detailed about identifying what is wrong with the company and not knowing about the short count as it was increasing dramatically for several months doesn't sound like you. IF you really bought a large amount of stock you would not have missed the increasing short count especially as most small caps were falling for at least 6 months due to interest rate concerns. and the short count was the talk on this board for months leading up to June 2022. Can you see the lack of logic with what you are saying?
