brooklyn13, Isn't it a matter of moving on. As i said to you, i think, earlier, some move on in a more functional manner than others. Countries have to be pragmatic to move on successfully. Japanese leaders have proven they can. Vietnam has proven it could. N Korea is where it is because a demagogic ideologue is in control. Trump would love to be able to play that role.
