Yes that answer is correct for $500.

It's a rhetorical question.
I'm not buying it. I believe it was done on purpose.

Here's a thought, what if someone ticked off at Downs
inserted the typo on purpose so it would have to be
followed up and the conference info put out in a PR?

That would be amusing if it was true.
No matter who inserted the "typo"
it's all a bunch of hooey, imo.

My opinion is just that, my opinion.
So make no investment decisions based on my opinion.
