A company that goes public just to fund R&D and then go private again shouldn't be classified as a scam. There should be a different name for it. Its definitely a con job but not a scam because the company and products are legit, just not the intentions. Dont kid yourself though, if this is the intention youre a participant in it. Youre helping it by making sure Sintx goes private and for cheap. To fight it would be to see the stock goes up in price not help it go down. The IP remains worth $225+m which was what Sintx tried to go public for in 2007 when it included the information that certain officers were tied to Zimmer before it sold a product on market. As ive indicated, for Sintx to go private will only delay development. Back in 2007 Sintx had spinal implant candidate and a hip implant it was working on with Biomet with Sonny aiding. Now Sintx has far more product candidates in addition to those.

Mr Bond, they have a saying in Chicago: 'Once is happenstance. Twice is coincidence. The third time it's enemy action'.

One is an incident, two is a coincidence, three's a pattern, and four is enough for a warrant

Silicon Nitride, a Close to Ideal Ceramic Material for Medical Application

examples of their medical applications that relate to spinal, orthopedic and dental implants, bone grafts and scaffolds, platforms for intelligent synthetic neural circuits, antibacterial and antiviral particles and coatings, optical biosensors, and nano-photonic waveguides for sophisticated medical diagnostic devices are all covered in the research reviewed herein. The examples provided convincingly show that silicon nitride is destined to become a leader to replace titanium and other entrenched biomaterials in many fields of medicine.

Extra information on the status of a Si3n4 based hip implant:

Silicon nitride, silicon carbide and diamond-like carbon as non-oxide ceramics are considered to be the new generation of materials used in hip prosthetics, particularly in the manufacture of acetabular cups, due to their excellent biocompatibility, osteointegration, and tribological and mechanical properties, but all three materials need more study. However, silicon nitride is the nearest to commercialization, through businesses such as Amedica Corp. and SyntX Technologies

Im guessing the authors meant Sintx Technologies. Amedica being the companies former name before the name was sold to CTL.

Could it be that there is a strategy to distract people away from looking at the basic data?
Is all this an exercise to create more and more forum verbiage to drown out any serious discussion of evidence?
