OR did they just pull off a stock deal that could value DBMM at $1+ a share after the dust settles? Depends on the size and asset base of the newly acquired company I suppose!? ;-}

Give me a BREAK! This is SHAMELESS PUMPING at its FINEST! And EXTREME MISINFORMATION.

First - They didn't "acquire" this company! They apparently have an agreement with this company to provide services to it, as a client. THAT is the extent of it.

Second - DBMM will NOT be getting ANYWHERE NEAR the share price of $1 because of this one contract! To even say it might possibly happen is a bald faced lie and a pump of extreme proportions!

Give it a rest! And start telling the truth - for a change.
