I appreciate the update, but oddly on a Friday afternoon?! Hopefully they provide an update as to the details of the transaction early next week when the market is in full swing! Looking forward to pennyland soon and that OTCQB uplisting! OR did they just pull off a stock deal that could value DBMM at $1+ a share after the dust settles? Depends on the size and asset base of the newly acquired company I suppose!? ;-}

Glad I held my shares all these years! Looking forward to a DBOOOOOOM heard around the world! Git 'em while they're cheap!
