I bought my first home in the 70's.
My first washer/dryer set lasted almost 30 years.

Now they last 10 if you're lucky.

The "bonus room" is also in my thoughts. I'm just not sure I have the property to do it.

Buying quality stocks is the best get-rich-slow scheme. It’s not sexy as a get-rich-quick scheme,
but the probabilities of success are greater.

Remember........ It's better to wish you had bought a
stock, than to wish you hadn't.
