I've replaced every major appliance in the last 5 years as well as the furnace and A/C.
Windows, flooring and roof also have been done.


I've done all of the above. I thought about a remodel on the kitchen but I put that on the back burner. I'm working with a contractor on a 20 x 30 bonus room to add onto the house.

I use to repair the washer and dryer but that got old when I looked up their life expectancy.
