Until recently, I've always repaired my own appliances.
I'm at the point now, where it's just easier to call the local appliance store for a new one,
and they take the old one away.
I've replaced every major appliance in the last 5 years as well as the furnace and A/C.
Windows, flooring and roof also have been done.
The only thing left is the kitchen cabinets. Still thinking on what to do.
I'm torn between just replacing the cabinets and doing a complete gutting with a new layout.
When my wife quits doing her thing and starts living here full time, that may all change.
She may hate the place and move me elsewhere.
I'd love a place on the water.
Buying quality stocks is the best get-rich-slow scheme. It’s not sexy as a get-rich-quick scheme,
but the probabilities of success are greater.
Remember........ It's better to wish you had bought a
stock, than to wish you hadn't.
