more likely than the market has priced in

 Unfortunately in EM market nothing can be priced in or out. EM is just a dumping ground for bag holders who don't believe OCLG share price will ever recover. Yesterday was a good example of dumping shares. 3.79M sold mainly at $.0003. That's over $800 someone recovered.

Oh well. Nothing much left to do for those who still believe OCLG may arise from the ashes and be traded on the Pink market once again except WAIT.
