I don’t think she could stop him and he took far more damage with NWBO than any company he has ever attacked, which I think is why he is so determined here. Not because some CEO confronted him. He is not dissuaded so easily. More likely something happened behind the scenes and he made some mistake.

In this case he had to leave The Street, and the Washington Post absolutely savaged him while CREW, the DC public interest organization, threatened and tried to report him to the SEC. He was absolutely embarrassed and furious. So I think he got more than he could handle here and is one of those a/holes that simply feels if he could cause them to fail, regardless of the merits of DCVax-L, which he would never, ever admit, no matter what, then he would be proven right by the economic failure.

I think he will always be a pain in the neck, but I also think he losses the longer he persists, once this succeeds. So we will see what he does. He doesn’t seem to be too bright.
