I think your perspective is correct. When I was invested in Osiris Therapeutics 12 or so years back, AF did to them as he did to NWBO.....but the CEO (can't remember his name) confronted AF directly and publicly. It stopped AF in his tracks.

Kind of wished LP would have done similar. However NWBO has financial challenges.
