Finally a decent sized bid is back after it popped premarket to $22 and drifted back to $20

If others decide to show up, could be a good day.

Offered to buy 25% of the shares at $33 and yet only trading at $20 seems unusual.

Anyways some support at $20ish and we shall see if someone with bigger pockets thinks the $12-13/share (33% discount) disconnect is a little far off.
